Payroll

Get payroll wrong once and staff lose trust; get it wrong repeatedly and insurance and income tax get reassessed. We run payroll every month to your own policy, send it for approval before payday and issue a payslip for each person.

Scope of work

  • Salary, allowances, overtime and every deduction
  • Personal income tax withholding and compulsory insurance
  • A private payslip for each employee
  • Figures ready for posting and year-end finalisation

What you receive

  • Monthly payroll with income tax and compulsory insurance
  • An individual payslip for each employee
  • Withholding figures ready for the PIT return and insurance filings
  • Year-end PIT finalisation for staff

Timing

Set-up takes about a week; each month the payroll reaches you for approval at least 2 business days before payday.

FAQ

Common questions

I only have a few staff — is it worth it?

The fee is per head with a low minimum, so a handful of staff still makes sense. See the pricing page.

How is 2026 income tax calculated?

From the 2026 tax year a five-band progressive schedule applies, with personal relief of VND 15.5 million and VND 6.2 million per dependant each month. Try it on the calculators page.

Is salary information kept private?

Only the person handling your file sees it. Payslips go to each employee individually through the channel you choose.

Do you handle social insurance too?

It can be added. Registering joiners and leavers and closing insurance books sits under Social insurance & labour.
