Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

We only collect data you type into a form yourself. There are no accounts, no shopping cart and no behavioural tracking.

• Contact form: your name, phone or Zalo number, email, the service you are interested in, and your message.
• Home page quick form: a single field, either an email address or a phone number.
• The package or service you clicked before opening the form, so we know what you are asking about.
• Technical data sent with the request: your country code and browser identification string (truncated to 300 characters).

2. Your IP address

Your IP address is used briefly to rate-limit form submissions and block automated spam. It is not written to our database.

3. How we use it

• To reply with the advice or quote you asked for.
• To keep a record of the conversation so we do not ask you twice for the same details.
• We do not use your data for advertising, and we never sell or trade it.

4. Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database hosted in the Asia-Pacific region. Notifications of new enquiries are delivered to info@vietaxes.com through Microsoft 365.

5. Third-party services

Some parts of the site load from third parties. When they do, your browser connects to them directly and your IP address is visible to them:

• Cloudflare - hosting and delivery of this website.
• Google Fonts - the typefaces used throughout the site.
• Google Maps - the embedded map, on the Contact page only.
• Microsoft 365 - the mailbox that receives enquiry notifications.

6. How long we keep it

We keep what you send for as long as it takes to advise and serve you. If you do not become a client, the data is deleted once there is no longer a purpose for holding it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

7. Your rights

Under Vietnamese personal data protection law, you may ask us to:

• Tell you what data we hold about you.
• Correct anything that is inaccurate.
• Delete your data from our systems.
• Withdraw consent you previously gave.

8. Cookies

This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics. If that changes, we will update this page before it does.
