Pricing policy

1. How prices are published

• Every price on this website is in Vietnamese Dong (VND).
• The price shown is the final amount payable for the scope described next to it, apart from the items in section 4.
• Prices are published openly on the website: incorporation packages on the Incorporation page, accounting fees on each customer page (household business, one-person company, startup, SME), the Services page and the Order page. No price is reserved for visitors who hand over their contact details first.

2. Fixed-price services

Incorporation packages carry a published all-in price. Each package states its turnaround and the tasks it covers, and the price includes the state fees for those tasks.

Some packages carry a lower price when taken together with an accounting and tax engagement. The discount and its conditions are stated on the package card itself.

3. Monthly accounting and services quoted on the volume of work

Monthly accounting and tax work carries a published starting fee for each band of documents per month, listed separately for household businesses and companies, with a factor for the line of business (services, trading, manufacturing and construction) and priced add-ons (payroll, management reporting, invoicing). These figures are published on each customer page.

The binding fee is the one on the written quote or contract, sent after VIETAXES has reviewed your actual records. For the same document band, line of business and add-ons, the quote will not exceed the published fee for that band. It can only be higher when your actual document volume falls in a higher band, and the quote then says so and why.

Companies with more than 200 documents a month, household businesses with more than 80, and other tax, payroll and project work carry no listed price, because the cost depends on the headcount, the taxes to be filed and the state of the existing books. These show as "Quoted after review" on the Order page.

Nothing is payable until you accept the quote.

4. What a published price does not include

• Value added tax, where it applies, shown separately on the quote and the invoice.
• State fees arising outside the scope the package describes.
• Disbursements at cost against receipts: notarisation, courier and bank charges.
• Costs of redoing a filing because the information you supplied was wrong or incomplete.

5. Which price applies to your order

The binding price is the one on the quote or contract both sides confirmed, not the list price shown on the website afterwards.

For monthly or quarterly services the unit price holds for the contract term. A change for the following term is notified at least 30 days ahead and applies only with your agreement.

6. Changes to list prices

VIETAXES may change the prices published on this website. A change does not affect orders already confirmed.

7. Promotions

Where a promotion runs, the website states the reduction, the conditions and the end date next to the price. When it ends, the price returns to the normal list price.
