Payment policy

1. Currency

All transactions are in Vietnamese Dong (VND). The website does not take payment in foreign currency.

2. Payment methods

VIETAXES accepts bank transfer to the company account only. The website carries no online payment gateway and accepts neither cards nor e-wallets.

3. Receiving account

The website neither stores nor processes card or account details. You make the transfer directly through your own bank.

4. When payment falls due

• Fixed-price packages: 100% before filing, or 50% on signature and 50% on handover, as the contract states.
• Monthly or quarterly accounting: within the first five days of the service period.
• Project work: instalments as set out in the contract.
• State fees, courier charges and disbursements are billed at cost against receipts.
• Every payment goes to the company account in section 3, quoting the order code as the transfer reference.

5. Invoices

VIETAXES issues an electronic VAT invoice for every payment, sent to your registered email within three business days of receipt. Please give the exact entity name, tax code and invoicing address when you order.

6. Late payment

If payment is more than fifteen days late against the contract date, VIETAXES may pause the work and resume once the arrears are settled. Paused time does not count towards the delivery schedule.

7. Fraud warning

VIETAXES only accepts payment into the account held in the name of CÔNG TY TNHH VIEMIND VIỆT NAM published on this page. We never ask you to transfer money to a personal account. If you receive an unusual request, call 0976 603 330 to verify before transferring.
