Yes. With client referral you only make the introduction. All professional work and responsibility to the client sit with VIETAXES under a service contract signed directly with the client.
On the service fees the client has actually paid VIETAXES, reconciled and paid monthly. The exact rate and the period it applies for are set in the partner agreement signed before you start.
When you refer someone we record the client against your name from the first contact and confirm it back to you. The monthly statement lists each client and the fee it is based on.
Clients are quoted from the published price list. If there is an offer for partner referrals, it is stated on the quote the client receives.
Yes. Commission is taxable income for the person or company receiving it. For individuals, VIETAXES withholds personal income tax as required before paying and issues a withholding certificate.
