2. Opening hours

  • Monday to Friday: 08:30-17:30.
  • Saturday: 08:30-12:00.
  • Sunday and public holidays: closed. Messages sent outside hours are picked up at the start of the next business day.
  • Tax finalisation season: extended cover is announced on the website and in client Zalo groups.

3. Response times

  • Phone during opening hours: answered, or called back within 30 minutes.
