1. Scope and who these terms bind
These terms govern the relationship between VIET NAM VIEMIND COMPANY LIMITED (the provider, "VIETAXES") and the organisation or individual placing an order through the website (the "Client").
The Client must be 18 or over with full civil capacity, or be duly authorised by the organisation they represent.
2. How the contract is formed online
A contract is formed through the steps below. You can stop at any point before Step 4 without incurring any obligation.
- Step 1 - Choose a service: pick a package or line item on the Order a service page. Fixed-price packages show their price immediately; scope-dependent work shows "Quoted after review".
- Step 2 - Enter your details: name, phone, email, company name, tax code and any notes.
- Step 3 - Review: the screen replays everything you entered, the service name and the price so you can check or correct it.
- Step 4 - Confirm: tick to confirm you have read these terms, the payment policy, the service delivery policy and the refund policy, then press "Confirm order". That is the moment your offer is sent.
- Step 5 - Our response: the system issues an order code on screen. VIETAXES contacts you within one business day to confirm the scope, send a detailed quote where the price is not fixed, and send the service contract. The contract is formed only once both sides agree the scope and price and sign, or once you pay the first instalment.
3. Prices
- All prices on this website are in Vietnamese Dong (VND).
- Incorporation package prices include the state fees listed in each package.
- Accounting, tax and payroll work is quoted on document volume and actual scope, in writing, before work starts.
- Value added tax, where it applies, is stated on the quote and the invoice.
- VIETAXES may change list prices; the price for an order is the one both sides confirmed on the quote.
4. What VIETAXES undertakes
- Carry out the work within the agreed scope and schedule.
- Assign staff holding the practising certificates required for the accounting portion of the work.
- Tell you promptly when an authority asks for more documents or rejects a filing.
- Keep every document, figure and piece of information you provide confidential.
- Hand over the work as set out in the service delivery policy.
5. What the Client undertakes
- Provide truthful, complete information and documents on time.
- Take responsibility for the legality of the documents, invoices and figures provided.
- Pay on time under the payment policy.
- Sign filings, issue a digital signature or grant authority where the work requires it.
6. Limits of liability
VIETAXES is responsible for the work it performs. It is not responsible for consequences arising from incorrect or untruthful documents supplied by the Client, or from documents supplied late.
VIETAXES is not responsible for how long an authority takes, for outages on tax or registration systems, or for force majeure events as defined by law.
7. Confidentiality
Personal data collection and processing is described in the Privacy Policy. VIETAXES does not pass client data to third parties beyond what the work requires, unless a competent authority requires it.
