Pick a service, fill in your details and confirm. An order code appears on screen straight away, and VIETAXES calls you back within one business day to confirm the scope and send the contract.
How ordering works
- 01 Pick a service A fixed-price package, or an item quoted on the volume of work.
- 02 Enter details Contact details plus the company details we need for the invoice.
- 03 Review A summary replays the service, the price and the payment method you chose.
- 04 Confirm Accept the general transaction terms, then press confirm to send your order.
- 05 Get your code The order code appears at once. We call back within one business day with the quote and contract.

What happens next
- VIETAXES calls or messages you on Zalo within one business day to confirm the scope.
- You receive a detailed quote and the service contract at the email you gave.
- The contract is formed once both sides agree the scope and price and sign, or once you pay the first instalment.
- Do not transfer any money yet. Only pay once you have the quote and the official account details.
